- Section 1 and 2 : Short title and definition
- Section 3(1): Use of English may continue in addition to Hindi for the communication between union & a state which has not adopted Hindi as its official language after 15 years

- Section 8(4):If the staff the office is PRAVEEN, and 80% of the staff has KARYASADHAK GYAN then the office may issue an order to its staff to perform all official work in HINDI.

rule. - Section 11: Bilingualisation of StationeryAll manuals, codes and other procedural literature shall be printed or cyclostyled, as the case may be, and published both in Hindi and English
.The forms and headings of registers and files shall be in Hindi and in English.
